Four days into my role, Luke approached me with a comprehensive vision that would become the foundation of Evo. What struck me immediately was the clarity and depth of thinking he'd already invested. This wasn't surface-level design work; it was strategic product vision that demonstrated a genuine understanding of both our market opportunity and the technical constraints we'd need to navigate.

Luke was able to translate complex user needs into actionable design principles which accelerated our trajectory significantly.

What sets Luke apart is his holistic thinking, balancing user experience with business viability and technical feasibility. The vision work Luke brought to me fundamentally shaped how we positioned Workspace, which became Evo.

Luke was my mentor when I first joined The Access Group, and he made an incredible impact on both my career and professional development. From day one, he made me feel welcome and created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance.

Luke's mentorship has shaped my career in countless ways. He helped me develop both my research and visual design skills, and his understanding and supportive nature gave me the confidence to grow. Through his guidance, I've become the well-rounded and professional designer I am today.

Without hesitation, I would drop everything for the opportunity to work with Luke again.

Luke has always been keen on innovation and curious about learning more in regards to UX. It's been a long journey, but to date he has been the originator of a series of improvements that are now implemented in the company. Storybook, Figma and Miro are some.

To this day Luke has always pushed forward to improve our process and PD and always been a respectful chap and a great companion to work with. He has held workshops and tried to foster a team-wide collaboration attitude!

Thanks for being open-minded and opinionated and so passionate about UX. Without him we would still be 'chipping away' at XD!

Yesterday most of Product Design met up for a full day workshop to discuss and define the new 'out of the box' reporting and insights functionality for People First. It's a fairly complex process with many facets to consider.

Despite this, as well as having to cope with a number of strong characters and dominant voices, Luke remained calm and controlled, displayed great techniques and most importantly, asked the right questions in order for us to surface the right answers.

So thank you Luke, you really helped yesterday and with a bit more practice I know you'll be an outstanding facilitator.
